MANAGING DIRECTOR
Michael is the Managing Director of CNG and brings over four decades of communications engineering experience to the team.
A military trained communications specialist, Michaels expertise includes RF, MATV, Satellite, Audio Visual, Automation & EWIS systems.
Michael is one of Australia’s best regarded communications technology experts and has been the driver behind CNG’s track record of continuous growth.
James Ferguson
CO-FOUNDER / DIRECTOR
James is the co-founder of CNG Systems and CFO.
James brings 30 years of experience in the large scale implementation of communications infrastructure across challenging environments such as correctional facilities, sensitive government complexes and shopping centres.
James’ extensive experience includes Structured Cabling Systems, Data, Fibre, Electrical, Lightning Protection, CCTV, Access Control and Security Systems.
Andrew Holland
NATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Andrew is CNG’s National Operations Manager and oversees all project delivery aspects of the business.
Andrew brings over 20 years experience in the development and delivery of communications infrastructure in both major projects and in national roll outs for corporate and government clients.
Jon Rackham
SALES DIRECTOR
Jon is CNG’s National Sales Director and brings over 30 years’ experience in strategic business development, general management and sales leadership across a range of commercial and essential services sectors including Public Safety, Defence, Telco and Utilities.
Jon’s experience spans large and complex integrated solutions, long term managed services contracts, program management and product line management in the I.T. industry.
Rebecca Fitzgibbon
SERVICE DESK MANAGER
Rebecca is CNG’s Service Desk Manager and brings a wealth of international experience in the support of IT and technology systems.
Proficient in ITIL principles and strongly focused on customer satisfaction and innovation, Rebecca is currently completing a MBA to enhance her strategic and leadership capabilities.
